Before anything else, we hop on a Discovery Call. It’s a quick, 20 minute chat so we can understand where you’re at, how we can help, and if we’re the right fit for what you need.
From there, we recommend booking a Strategy Session. Strategy sessions are 90 minutes with EGC founder, Jordan Labelle. You’ll walk away with no guesswork, no wasted time — just a clear picture of where you’re at and what needs to happen first.

The Strategy Session

The Strategy Session — $1,000 CAD
You know something’s not working. You’re just not sure what to fix first and so nothing changes. The Strategy Session is 90 minutes with Jordan where we dig into how your business actually runs, figure out what’s getting in the way, and what to do about it. A written action plan lands in your inbox after the call so you have everything you need at your fingertips.
Some people take it and do the work themselves. Others want our support to make it happen. Either way, you leave these sessions knowing exactly where to focus first. And if you decide to move onto a One-Time Build project or The Evergreen Partner package after your session, your $1,000 goes straight toward your first payment.

Every business is different, just like everyone’s goals are unique to them. After your Strategy Session we figure out the right next step together. Here’s what that usually looks like.
ONE-TIME PROJECT
The One-Time Build starting at $2,000 CAD (scoped per project)
Something specific needs building and you want it done properly. We sit down, figure out exactly what’s needed, agree on the cost, and get it done. No surprises, no open-ended commitments, just a defined piece of work with a clear beginning and end.
Here’s an idea of what these projects could look like:
Invoice and quote automation
Booking system
Client or staff onboarding process development
SOP and training libraries
Every project is scoped and priced individually so you know exactly what you’re getting before we start. A 50% deposit kicks things off with the rest due on completion. And if you’re coming from a Strategy Session, your session fee goes straight toward that deposit.
ONGOING SUPPORT
The Evergreen Partner $2,500–$4,000 CAD/month (3-month minimum)
For owners who are ready to stop patching things up and start building something that actually runs properly. We come in as your ongoing operations partner — building systems, improving processes, and making things work better month after month.
At the start of each month we agree on priorities together, do the work, and keep moving forward. Things get better over time, not just once. Think of us as a bonus team member, but without the full time salary.

The Admin Partner $1,000–$2,000 CAD/month (3-month minimum)
When the work is piling up and you just need it handle, tag us in. We come onboard as your support partner and take the admin completely off your plate so you can focus on the work you actually want to do. And when you’re ready, we start building toward automating what we can so you’re only doing the work you have to.

For owners who don’t need a project right now but don’t have a built-in community to help them figure out what they need. This is Jordan in your corner — available between sessions, showing up quarterly for a proper working session, and helping you stay focused on what actually matters.
Not a coach in the traditional sense, more like a trusted thinking partner who knows your business and will tell you the truth. Spots are limited — we keep this small on purpose so every member gets the attention they deserve. Extra calls are available at $500 each if you need them.
