The right support changes everything.

Most business owners we talk to are great at what they do. The problem is everything else that comes with running a business — the admin, the follow-ups, the stuff that piles up while you’re busy doing the actual work.

EGC was built on the simple belief that business owners deserve better support than they're getting.

EGC at a Glance

Evergreen Growth Collective works with service-based business owners who are ready to stop doing everything themselves and start building a business that works without them holding it all together.

Your time is your most valuable asset. Let's get it back.

WHERE WE'RE HEADED

We're on a mission to make running a business feel less overwhelming and more like the thing you actually signed up for.

WHAT WE STAND FOR

Real support over generic advice, doing the work not just talking about it, and helping business owners build something that lasts.

WHO WE WORK WITH

Service-based business owners who are great at what they do, ready to hand some of it off, and done with the feeling that everything depends on them.

Our Team

Jordan Labelle, B.Comm.

  • He spent nearly a decade leading Product Management at a 400-person tech startup — helping raise over $30 million in investment and managing products generating $40 million+ in recurring annual revenue. It was this experience, combined with a deep belief that business owners deserve better support than they're getting, that led to the creation of Evergreen Growth Collective.

Jordan's passion is helping business owners cut through the noise, reclaim their time, and build something that works on their terms — without the burnout that so often comes with it.

In his spare time, Jordan can be found cheering on his two kids at every extracurricular activity, building campfires regardless of what the thermometer says, and walking his two golden doodles. When he's not doing that, he's probably painting miniatures, picking up a brand new hobby with full enthusiasm, or learning how to craft the perfect espresso.

    • He played in a Magic the Gathering tournament for a scholarship (and almost won!)

    • He was nicknamed 'Blue Suede Shoes' in high school — seriously, he wore them to everything

    • He grew up playing trumpet, french horn, and trombone, and has a surprisingly good singing voice

Alexandra Hasenpflug

  • She studied music at Brandon University — voice and bassoon, quite the combination — and then proceeded to build a career completely unrelated to music, because of course she did.

From office operations and accounts, to working past the arctic circle, into trades, logistics, transportation, project management, and system implementations for one of Canada's leading polytechnics, her resume is anything but boring. If there's a problem that needs fixing, Alexandra is the person who gets it done. When the opportunity to work with her brother came up, it was a no brainer!

In her spare time, Alexandra can be found writing books she'll maybe publish one day, drawing colouring pages for her nieces and nephews, and picking up a new hobby every two weeks with full commitment before moving on to the next one (a trait she and Jordan apparently share).

    • She gave a TEDx talk in 2016 that she still can't believe she did

    • She has a formal invite to President Obama's 2008 inauguration

    • She can play over a dozen instruments and is determined to get her hands on a viola this year

  • Holly's passion is getting to know the people behind the businesses — what they're building, what they care about, and what they need. She leads discovery calls, builds the EGC community, and ties it all together. She's the kind of person who remembers what you told her three months ago and asks about it.

In her spare time, Holly can be found cheering on her kids at every game, recital, and competition — and almost certainly also managing the team, sitting on the PAC, and volunteering for three things she definitely doesn't have time for. When she's not doing that she's at the lake with a good book, reorganizing a room that didn't ask for it, or watching live theatre any chance she gets.

    • She grew up dancing and singing competitively — performance was a huge part of her life and honestly it shows

    • She will absolutely break into showtunes if she hears anything that reminds her of one. No warning given.

    • If you leave something out too long at her house, it will be thrown away. This is not a threat, it's just who she is.

A few things we know to be true.

  • Your time is worth more than your inbox. Stop spending it on stuff that can be automated or handed off.

  • A messy system doesn’t fix itself when you get busier. It just gets messier. Get the foundation right first.

  • You shouldn’t have to choose between doing good work and running a good business. That’s what we’re here for.

  • If everything lives in your head, one bad week away from the business and everything suffers. That’s fixable.
